Cutting Board Care and Maintenance 

  • Hand wash with hot soapy water and dry completely.

  • To sanitize use a 1:5 ratio of vinegar to water. Re-apply oil after.

  • Do not submerge or soak the board in water.

  • Apply a food safe cutting board oil or mineral oil after each use.  

  • Store in a dry and stable environment away from extreme temperatures.
